I was involved in an accident on August 2013. It is 2 moths later and I still dont have my car. I was understanding when they told me the parts had been delayed by the strike. its 3 weeks after they told me the parts had arrived and I am still waiting. I dont get any communication unless I constantly hound them with calls and even then no one is available or they dont have an update or they take ages to call you back. A week ago I was told my car will be ready this week, now I am told it may or may not be ready this week. I have spent over R7000 in car hire because they just did not have a courtesy car for me (Thanks to "I cant promise you anything" Karen who never calls you back to let you know that you WONT be getting a courtesy vehicle). After I receive my car NEVER NEVER NEVER again will I consider Renew-it for repairs to my vehicle, it is just too stressful to deal with them. I regret having towed my car from Sanrose Autobody in Midrand, because I was promised superior service. Judging from the service I have received, next time I will just take my chances.
