My vehicle my booked in for repairs at a date (13 March 2013) give by the panel beater who advised that the work will take up to 2 weeks maximum, a small job for 45k. my insurance provide a rented car for a period of 30 days. Four days prior to the expiry period of my rented car, I called the updates clerk at Renew it panel beaters and advised that my car needs to be ready by end of the week or alternatively i need to be provided with courtesy car by the panel beaters. I spoke to Eddie and Shaun who advised they haveno car but may car will be ready as it is in the wash an polishing bay. Its been 2 weeks since and my car is still not ready. The workshop manner, Marco, did not call me despite me sending several emails requesting an update. i finally called him on Tuesday an advised the car will be ready in 2 days. guess what still not ready. This service is shocking and has inconvenienced me, my family and work and incurred additional costs as I have no transport. I call all the time and no one is available to take my calls.
