I dropped my phone screen cracked. So took it to Samsung Service Centre Riverhorse valley repair no004683 on the 7 Dec2013.They quoted me R525 to repair so I paid upfront and told phone will be ready on Wednesday 11th.i phoned to check to see if phone was ready on the 11th on they waiting for spares. Hear nothing, so phoned on 13th to see what's happening, they told me cover also cracked need to order will be ready on 17th. So I go all the way there on 18th phone still waiting for spares, ask to speak to the manager and waited 30min still no manager so lefted. phone today 18th at 13h45 for find out what's happening and they waiting for spares maybe tomorrow was answer. Asked to speak to Manager and told he's not available. Someone please help as I'm shocked by this..The phone is a Samsung X Cove
