KIA Randburg - No sence of business ethics!!!

I would make sure that everyone I know hears about my bad experience with KIA Randburg. We bought a BMW from them under certain conditions. Only 3 of these promisses discussed were actually delivered. There were numerous unbelievable told, from the FNI to the Salesman and the dealer principal. I cought them on each and then I was either laughed at for catching them out or I am being ignored. I reported the whole matter to Imperial Head Office & KIA SA more than a week ago & I still do not have any final answers. A guy by the name of David phones me from Kia Randburg branch but still no decisions are being made regarding this. I refuse for the car to go back because it took them 5 days to fit 4 tyres & a windscreen and they added 159 km to the clock so I am scared that if I let the vehicle go back I will end up not having a car for 2 weeks and I will have double the km added to the clock by them. No one is giving me final answers and I went to get quotes and negotiated on prices for the issues, that was part of the conditions of the sale, in my area because I feel that it makes no difference to where the car gets fixed. DO NOT EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE!
