I recently purchased a used vehicle from Bi-Rite Motors in Randburg. Marius, the salesman was very upfront about the deal and promised to fit new tyres and service the vehicle. He kept all of his promises regarding delivery of the vehicle, licencing, new tyres, servicing, etc. A few weeks later, I noticed diesel leaking from the pump. I called the dealership and was surprised to hear that I could take the vehicle back and they would sort it out for me. Furthermore, they gave me a loan vehicle while mine was being repaired. Two days later, my vehicle was repaired and waiting for collection. Well done Bi-Rite Motors. you have restored my faith in salesmen.
