Misrepresentation and Taking advantage

In December 2011 I bought a vehicle from the dealer with 7900km's on the clock. I was told that the vehicle was used by the owners daughter (Mr Morgan, owner of Morgan's Inspect a car). On the day i took delivery of the vehicle i noticed a damaged mag. I brought the matter to the salesman's attention and he promised that they would pay for it. A time came for when i needed to take the vehicle for a first service, there was no service book, I requested the service book from the dealer and it did not come. i had to buy the service book and repair the mag from my pocket. It was only after I walked in at the branch that i got some of my money beck.

Late last year I had an exhaust problem and i took the car in, to my surprise the dealer could not assist me because "the exhaust was after market" and there was no catalytic converter on the vehicle. On takin this up with the dealer I was promised that they will get back to me. To this day still I wait.

I think these guys are taking advantage as I stay more than 600km from Jozi.
