Very bad dealership

Willow Crest Motors Randburg (WCM) I have had two incidents with this dealership where I bought 2 vehicles from them. The first vehicle was a Citroen. Had problems from day1. Engine light was permanently on. WCM kept on clearing the fault with their diagnostic tool but never repaired the fault. Took the vehicle to Citroen Fourways and we got a shock that there was about R42000.00 of repair work to be done on the vehicle. WCM advised that they will repair. After 4 months they still could not repair the vehicle 100%. After contacting the ombudsman and MFC the dealer decided to settle the vehicle and give us another vehicle. We decided on a VW Golf 4 TDI . The vehicle had 166 000km on the odometer. Took the vehicle to VW for the 170 000km service and to repair the oil leak. VW gave me a list of problems on the vehicle, total of R32 000.00. To my shock they gave me a printout that the vehicle was last serviced in March 2013 and the clock was turned back 200000km.contacted WCM on the and they said it was the previous dealer/owner or whoever had the vehicle last. They also complete the Hellopeter on behalf of the customer. Reason they have so many compliments. Watch out!!!
