Nobody answers the telephone!

I have been trying to get through to my branch FNB Randburg since 8am this morning - why does FNB give a number at the end of their emails if nobody answers!!

Eventually I got through to FNB Krugersddorp - thank goodness they answered - thank you Louise.
There is not personal contact any more with FNB - very disappointed!
