Don't DOWNGRADE to BMW

After encountering ample issue with BMW Club Motors Randburg and reporting their issues at BMW head office with the regional manager Darren Meir said he will report back within 48 hours. A week later and I still wait for their call.
I am disgusted by the bad service delivery of Club Motors Randburg and BMW SA.
I request that BMW head office report back to me in WRITING regarding our various issues with BMW Club Motors Randburg. With all communication Club Motors never want to put any thing in writing and therefore we don't trust their business ethics in specific issued address.
The staff keep telling us that the principle dealer is Fred Magano, but don't want to let me speak to the franchise owner to inform him of all the issues we encountered.

I lost my loyalty to BMW because of this matter!
I will not exchange my current BMW's (3) for new DOWNGRADES.

To all my friend business associates, BMW SA lost their touch, think twice before considering BMW in the future.
