Absolutely BAD & Terrible Customer service. I have experienced the worst customer service fromt he Receptionist (Arissa) through to the Customer Service Superviser Marie-Ann.
There was no communication that my package arrived or what time they will deliver. I had to contact them myself to enquire about my package. At which time I was told they didnt know where my package was. I was on hold continuously until Marie-Ann tracked my package down.
Finally at 10:00am I was personally guaranteed by Marie-Ann that my package will be delivered to me within the hour which should have been at 11:00am. It is 12:30pm and I still have not received my package.
Is bad service, procedure and good decent customer service part of this company. How do you train your staff
