1st week, salesman says he will get back to me, two weeks later another salesman say he will do a deal and respond within a day, a week later I called the salesman and he says he will get back to me, another week later, no response. I then left a message with the receptionist for both the sales manager and dealer principal but no one returned my call. I get regular sms and emails on sales promotions for what when u don't want to do business??? Must I beg u for me. To buy a car, forget it, I will now go to another dealership. Poor reflection on BMW.
