I have always found the staff at my VA really friendly and helpful but yesterday surpassed all expectations. My 19 month old son, Matthew makes use of the Club V facility, where the child care staff is great. Yesterday whilst in their care, Matthew took a tumble and bumped his head. As per the club protocol, they had to come call me. Matthew was fine, bar a slight bruise. I took him home, and late yesterday afternoon I received a phone call from Khomotso (sp?) asking after him as she was very concerned. Wow, wow, wow! Well done Khomotso and all your colleagues - you are a great team!
