Bad attitude not willing to assist

Miway has booked a car for me via Avis and I have been given a reference number for the booking, however on I requested that they reserve an i20 for me and they all told me it can not be done at all, I can get anything similar even thou I went to the branch on Tuesday and told them guys I am comming on friday to pick a car @2pm please make sure that you reserve an i20 or ask your depot to bring one for that specific day and this was 3days ago they told me they can not be able to do that I will get anything similar. I mean really what will it costs to say we will try and arrange that for you but can not give you any guarantees? What happened to customer service, even when I contacted the head office I spoke to Koketso Mokoena who also gave me an attitude? This is a car rental and as a customer I have the right to choose a specific car provided I give you reasonable time to reserve it and if it is on the same group, so very unhappy with consultants not willing to assist no go an extra mile to help, Budget is far more better maybe miway will need to review their contract with you, somebody call me and tell me which branch to so i can get the i20 please... please anybody there hello..
