I will NEVER support tempest car hire again, what terrible service. I recently went to return a vehicle to Tempest Car hire in South Gate Mall on a Saturday. Their working hours are 8am - 13pm, which is clearly indicated on their premises as well. I was there at 12 pm to return the vehicle and low an behold they had locked up and went home. I called the Manager and Guess what? He was on his way home and was insisting that I leave the car at a garage close by, meaning, No one would check the vehicle, which is against their own policys. I demanded that he turn around, I waited for over an Hour!!! What nonsense! When the Manager finally did arrive, he was all sour! This kind of service never happens at AVIS!
