Tempest Car Hire
Mango is bad, tempest follows suit

I stopped using Mango airlines in 2009. I was given bad service and every time I see the orange I could puke. I do not use any service providers associated with Mango since then. I use Avis car hire all the time. Unfortunately there was an even at a stadium and Avis did not have any cars available at Lanseria, I went to all the rental companies at the airport and they were all out of cars... Unfortunately I had to hire a car from tempest, well the car drove well and I then returned it and all was well. Next thing I receive an incorrect bill, I called and emailed and everyone kept forwarding my emails to the next person and promising to call back. Since then I have never used tempest again (it's been weeks) however this weekend a friend of mine used tempest and dropped of at the same branch, Lanseria and the same thing happened! Is this their way of trying to reach targets or what? When we drop of cars you do not make any notes then use guess tactics afterwards and the managers are never around to respond to calls, and emails are forwarded. I would advise everyone to avoid using this orange car rental company called tempest, particularly the Lanseria branch. Unscrupulous!
