On previous occasions I that I've serviced my car at Club Motors the service has be outstanding, but on this occasion I have been hugely disappointed. I waited 15 minutes this morning to check in even though the consult had not had anyone in queue before. The tea/ coffee station staff were so unfriendly and not keen to take my coffee order but gladly distributed to their colleagues. They drop off service starts at 7:45 which is late considering that they drop off at least 3 people. I indicated on check in that I wanted to be picked up on time and stimulated 3:30. I reminder the consult of this again at midday, its now 4:00 and I'm told to sit tight - they collecting other customers and will get to me when they do. The consult is unreachable and dropped my call... and hasnt returned my messages. My clientele are clearly not important enough. I'll now be late for my commitments and obviously not their problem.
