I previously submitted a complaint against club motors about feedback on hail repair. Further to this upon receipt of my car I found the interior to be full of greasy marks where someone had worked and also the rubber insulation at the door was not replaced correctly. Then I also got an error message on my car for it be be sent to diagnostic centre.i then contacted Megan who reports to Andre At Randburg club motors.i explains dot her that I would require a car as I have now been bringing my car in on numerous occasions and I can't afford to waste time as I have. I spoke to her on Monday 13 May where she promised to revert when my car could be booked in. I have yet to hear from Randburg BMW.I have had previous makes of cars including Alfa, VW and HyandAi and have NEVER experience this type of service ever. Then this was in CTN ..since in JHB I have had the BMW..it is just a JHB thing? is this the service I have to tolerate in JHB???
