Bitter and Disappointed custome

I took delivery of the Samsung Note 11 on the 28/11/2012.On the 7/12/2013 the phone fell from my headboard which was about 70cm in height and it shattered. Proven with the specfication of the phone it was supposed to have the corning gorilla glass which was not suppose to shatter. I contacted the consult Lynne on the 11/12/2012 who was very understanding and helped log a call with MTN PE.The phone was collected with a technical fault report from the consult. It was returned to me with a request for POP ref no M2668786. I contacted the consultant again who advised another consult Estelle to help log the call again. The phone was picked up again and returned with a delivery note job card no Icdnb3361174 with no feedback as to the outcome. I contacted MTN PE who advised that they contacted the MTN headoffice, but no one kept me informed. I contacted Estelle again who advised that she will try and get hold of the Rep. The Rep made a judgement without even looking at the phone which was returned to me in a very bad condition, this is what I call wear and tear. Being a MTN Loyal client with a corporate contract and a long standing relationship the service has been utterly disappointing.
