Since my last complaint, Farber Coach Works reqeusted my vehicle to be taken back for the fourth time to see what happend between the first and third return. The vehicle started loosing window washer water, after they removed the bumper, and somehow did not notice it, although the dashboard alarm keeps showing you that. When I took it back for this leak (third trip) I was informed the assembler did not put the pipe back properly, only to find out this was not the problem as my garage floor was under water that evening. Now after the fourth time it went back, I was phoned by a Farber's employee that gave me an arrogant and rude explination, that it is the headlight washer pump leaking and not anthing they had to touch to remove the bumper. Well HELLO, when you make statements like that, please ensure the person you speak to does not have more knowledge than all put together at your company. It is clear that whom ever took the bumper off the first time, obviously put strain on the pump shaft damaging the seals and now its leaking. I got my car back, still leaking and was told Mano the manager will call me to resolve. Well nothing YET.
