Thursday 29/08/13 @ 13:30 my bus was booked for. When I got to check in the guys at the check-in oint did not give me a sticker for the bag and told me the bus is 30 minutes late. When I asked if I was late what would of happened he said the bus would of left you.
The bus arrived at 3pm, when I gave my bag in after standing so long the guy that was collecting the bags wanted the sticker, I had to go back and fetch a sticker. The bus only left at 15:30 after all that.
Yes the hostess and driver was perfect, we then get to Harrismith were they swop drivers and and Hostess, get to Montross half way stop, the stop was suppose to be for 10 minutes the bus left 30 minutes later.
My mother in law passed away and I didnt get to see her because of this bus coming so late..
Thanks Greyhound for the useless late bus.
