I took my car in for regular service. This was the second time when i did this. They had no problem dropping me off at my place of work in the morning. In the afternoon i missed several calls from their driver as i was in training. When i returned his call about 20 minutes later, he told me another driver will be dispatched for me but this never happened. Instead i got an sms that told me, they dont offer pick up or drop off on radius beyond 10km. I must make my own arrangement. I tried several time to get hold of her to clarify this but she was not available on the phone.
I am writing this complaint sitting as a macdonald waiting for my husband to fetch me and i still dont have my car or a phone call from her. I am disappointed and angry at the level and type of service i received.
