I live in Pretoria and i work not far from Nandos Arcadia. I have been eating in this restuarent for more than 5 years during lunch time. On Mon 30 Sep 2013, I arrived and waited in the line to order. I made an order of a quarter chicken and a roll with two coffees. I waited for more than 30 minutes right infront of where orders are distributed. I asked the manager why is my order not coming? He promised to sort me out quickly and after 10 minutes still there was no indication of my order and even the coffee. I was getting late for work and I requested to be refunded.
I am not happy the way the manager spoke to me. He was not willing to apologise until I forced him to do so, there was no indication that the orders fo the day will take longer. The manager told me that if I have a different motive I can inform any person.
However, it looked like somebody lost my order and because people who ordered 15 minutes after me got their food well on time.
