LATE DELIVERY

I placed an order with a company, using Berco as their courier service, on Thursday 7 March. The company told me my delivery date would be the next day, Friday 8 March. I still haven't recieved my parcel. I am located about 150km from East London. My parcel was dispatched in East London Monday morning 11 March at 08:30. How is it possible for a courier company to take 3 days to deliver a parcel within such a short distance? I will never again order any products that use Berco as a courier service!
