There is a reason people pay a premium for overnight services. I could just as well of sent it overnight via Speed Services and it would have got here quicker.

Parcel was sent overnight from East London to JHB. When I contacted the call centre at 4PM because there was no 10:30am delivery, I was told there was an issue with SAA and they were unloading the plane. I was then assured that the parcel will be given to the night shift delivery and I could expect it between 6-7PM. There is still nothing updated on the track and trace service which shows the parcel left EL but has not arrived in JHB.

I'll never use the courier again... absolutely incompetent
