I ordered products from a company in Cape Town and request that they send same to me with a courier service. The products were sent on Monday, 3 June 2013 and I was supposed to receive same on Tuesday, 4 June 2013. Until today, 6 June 2013 I have not received the parcel. I called the courier company who advised that they endeavoured to deliver the parcel but nobody was at home. Why did they not call me, my cellphone number is on the waybill!!! I used the courier service because I needed the parcel urgently - isnt that what a courier service is all about - URGENCY??? How pathetic can it be? Now the company wants to deliver the parcel tomorrow, 7 June 2013 - I am NOT prepared to wait another day - it should have been delivered on Tuesday already and its almost FRIDAY!!! I NEED MY MONEY BACK - NO PROPER SERVICE, NO PAYMENT!!!
