I was expecting my delivery to take place on Monday and personally decided to take the day off and stay at home to wait for "this" delivery. To my surprise nothing happened! No one contacted me or let me know whats going on! Parcel has been with them since Friday! I personally had to phone and waste my time trying to get hold of them to which they could not contact the driver named Marco! I lodged a query and the lady told me the parcel would be delivered that day! Another day has passed and still no delivery! Just a trace message of saying Parcel to be redelivered for the 2nd Time! I phoned them again today and told me it will be delivered via night shift or overnight express and I will receive my parcel at about 18:30-19:00 and still nothing, not even scanned out for delivery AGAIN! This service of theirs is pathetic to say the least! Thanks to them I will no longer order anything from any company using their courier service at all! I will notify them about this! I'm still waiting even now and hope they can perform some sort of "magic"
