I placed an order on Thursday 28th March with Kalahari, which was dispatched on Friday 29th March and arrived in Johannesburg on the Saturday 30th.

While I understand that no deliveries would have happened over the Easter Weekend, my frustration arises from the fact that their tracking system shows that the parcel went out for delivery and was subsequently returned for four days in a row in the following week. My wife had been available to collect the parcel but to her knowledge the door bell was never rung, and I never received a single phone call despite my contact details being available to the delivery team. When I eventually called Berco to confirm where the package was, they explained that the parcel was currently being delivered and the driver would definitely call.

It is now almost 2 weeks since the order was placed and I have still not received the parcel that was supposed to be delivered overnight. You have my details, but have yet to contact me. My annoyance was further escalated earlier today as I received a phone call from Berco wanting to confirm if I had received the parcel, to which I replied "No", only to be questioned again: "Are you sure? "!
