I ordered parts from Rebel Tech who use The Courier Guy to handle there deliveries. My parcel was checked in at there Nelspruit branch on 04.05.2013 at 07:51:04, loaded for delivery on 08.05.2013 at 09:49:52, dispatched not once but twice on 08.05.2013 at 09:54:19 and 09:54:30 and still I haven't received my parcel by the 9th. When I phoned them on the 8th I was told that they don't deliver in my region on Wednesdays and that I'll have my parcel by Thursday. Thursday has come and gone and still i haven't received my parcel, phoned and where told that the driver was going to deliver my parcel on Wednesday (after been told that they don't cover my region on Wednesdays) but that he didn't because he didn't have cellphone number (strange person that I spoke to phoned me back on my cell) and that i will receive my parcel the next day.
I'll never recommend there service in the region and will never support any company that makes use of there service in the region, business or personal use.
