REPEAT BAD SERVICE

I called the Suzuki Branch in Umhlanga two days ago (11/03/2013) concerning my next service of 45 000km. All I wanted to know was whether I could bring it in on Friday for the 45 000km service if I am only sitting on 43 380km? I still have not got a response from anyone and I cannot understand why. It is not a difficult question and it is one that i feel someone within the building should know the answer to.

This is not the first time that I have had bad service from Suzuki and I am quite frankly getting tired of it. I have previously had to bring my car in repeatedly for the same problem (hooter not working and air bag light was on). This took about 2 months and 5 visits to the work shop before Suzuki managed to get this right and fix it, and this was only after I lodged a complaint of bad service with head office. You guys have wasted my time repeatedly, and although the car is great, the service you guys provide is not worth it- just a warning to all out there.
