Poor service from Berco

Waybill: 28844462.
I placed my parcel in the box at PnP Northmead Mall on Tuesday the 29th January.
When i noticed on Wednesday that the waybill was not being picked up on the track and trace on the Berco website i called the Johannesburg office to be told that the driver did not collect the parcel because PnP staff were having a meeting and he could not get the key. Surely someone would have could have given him the key knowing that there is a contract of next day delivery. The lady then assures me that the parcel will be delivered to the destination in Pretoria by 11am the following day (31st Jan). I check again online and the parcel does not get delivered, i call the Johannesburg office again but get cut off this time. I call Pretoria office this morning (1st Feb) to be told they only recieved the parcel yesterday and it will only be delivered today. If the parcel wasn't urgent i would not have sent it for overnight delivery and wasted R99. This service is unaccepatable. It offers a convenient alternative to sending via post or getting a courier to collect but with the poor service, waste of airtime and breach of contract i would rather use someone more reliable.
