On the 14/02/2013 my dad had purchased a KIA Optima from KIA Germiston and traded our Chrysler Voyager in, with the agreement with the staff that the settlement cheque of the trade would be ready upon the delivery of our Optima it has been two weeks of running around and endless phone calls in trying to get this cheque. The first payment to KIA for the Optima was deducted as per the contract on the 22/02/2013 from my dads account and yet still no CHEQUE, the staff had managed to pull out every excuse in the book that it was out of their hands and kept referring us to the wrong people, when asked to get the accountants name and contact details regarding this matter they were either all too scared of her or just blatantly ignorant in what we were trying to ask, finally yesterday the 28/02/2013 we managed to get a name for the accountant who was as well very rude this morning although we MIGHT be able to pick the cheque today I cannot believe a company of such magnitude show such horrible respect and have such unprofessional attitudes towards their
customers KIA Germiston definitely should not be referred to any other people who are interested in purchasing KIA's in my opinion.
