Me and my friend come in the optima offices to book 4 a trip 2drakensburg, we were given an amonut that it will cost that much including bfast and dinner, wen we got there we felt like as we told no meals are included they called optima and they said the can only provide bfast, I sent an email complaining but no1 has ever gotten back with atleast an apology. We planning a trip to capetown nd m still looking for another agency as I won't use they service no will I recommend them to anyone.
