Good Day, I bought a new car from Daihatsu Menlyn in January 2013. I trade-inn my Ford Ikon for full settlement. The 1st of March 2013 an installment was deducted for the Ford Ikon. I contacted the branch and they promised to give me a cheque of the installment amount - STILL WAITING. On 3 April 2013 another installment were taken from account for the Ford Ikon. I again contacted the branch and they again promised a cheque for the installments - STILL WAITING. i contacted MFC today and they confirmed that the Ford Ikon is STILL NOT SETTLED after more than 2 months. I am currently paying for a car I don't have that should've been settled more than 2 months ago. I am also waiting for my cheque for the installments that have been taken from MFC for March and April 2013. Everytime there is another excuse to why the cheque is not ready. This is no way to treat customers. I want the Ford Ikon to be settled ASAP and I want my cheque for the full installments deducted from the my bank account on 1 March 2013 and again on 3 April 2013. Proof of this was sent to the branch to refund.
