No Feedback after numerous calls

On 18 February I booked my Kia Cerato for a non-routine service to look into a noise at my front brakes well heard when driving the car and braking. They called me back and mentioned that they had to replace my front brakes as it was standard for 39000km on the clock for Kia and that they had to scheme my front brake pads as well. Then they mentioned they had to replace my front wheel bearings but they do not have stock. They requested me to collect my vehicle and that the parts will be available within 48hrs upon which they will contact me to replace the necessary. It has been two weeks now without any feedback from Kia Centurion which ended up in me calling them back trying to find out where in the process the replacement of the wheel bearings are. Finally managing to get hold of someone at Service Desk, they transfer me to the Warranty desk only to find out the lady there is on sick leave for yesterday. I called back today again spoke to a lady at Service Desk being transferred to the Warranty Desk once again without any answer. I called back asking to speak to the Manager who was also not available. Anyone available at this branch who is willing to work?
