I'm so impressed with these three ladies at Autohaus. I had a personal dilemma with my car, and they managed to fit me into their incredibly busy schedule within less than 24 hour's notice. I had to go back with another issue a week later, and they managed to fit me in again!
While waiting for my car at reception, I witnessed quite a number of difficult customers, the majority being out of line in my view. These ladies sorted them with smiles on their faces, while I would loooong gone have told them to get out of the building.
The car assistants are great, the workshop guys are friendly... it was such a refreshing experience. I had my car at three different dealerships in the last 4 years, poor, poor service all the way. Autohaus, you will see me again.
Once again, a big thumbs-up!
