I bought a polo vivo blue line 2 months ago. A week ago the engine started making a weird rattle noise.
I took it in to Autohaus 2 days later. It's now been a week!
They did not offer me a vehicle to drive while they fixed the issue.
They cannot give me an answer to the problem.
They have not given me a timeline.
The best answer I got was "MAYBE, next week Wednesday".
If this is Volkswagen's idea of "great" service, they can take this car back, I'll gladly go to their competitors. I am not paying thousands for a car I can't use!
