I took my my car for service after an appointment made with Karen. The experience with the receptionist was not that great however Karen the service consultant's was exceptionally outstanding. She was friendly, understanding & she knew was she was doing. She did not rush but took her time. She made sure i got a shuttle to work & called as promised to inform of extra service to be done. When i fetched my car she walked me to the car and made sure i was satisfied and to check if all my belongings where there. Because of her i will still use centurion autohaus for all my car needs
