As customers we are quick to complain but not so in complimenting however my experience with Audi Durban brings to light that there actually are people / company's out there who respect the values of customers and are not quick to exploit them. Its rather obvious you put customers first and I would imagine you would never turn a customer away without offering solutions apart from resolving the problem, as we are totally dependant on our vehicles. Guys, (ladies & gentlement) namely Grant; Rajesh; Rajeshree, the staff in service and everyone else who know me or work there, this is a huge shout out to say you certainly make visiting your dealership worth a million bucks. your warmth, inviting atmosphere (your showroom & waiting area actually feels like a little home away). Thanks guys, i used to make choices over dealerships, sadly it had to take an experience for one to realise there is a lot more than doing business & thats building relationships.
