I have been waiting for my 2013 RED VOLKSWAGEN POLO VIVO 1.4 TRENDLINE 5Dr for almost a week now. I went to Autohaus Centurion VW on Sunday the 4th of August and submitted my documents for finance and everything. I received an email on Tuesday the 6th FROM Vw SAYING MY APPLICATION WAS SUCCESSFUL that was. So on Thursday morning I received calls from car insurance company's they got my details from VW that I did not have insurance which was okay. So I took insurance with one of the companies that called. I thought on that I will get my car or Thursday the latest because Friday was a public holiday. I had to make a follow up every time and call them wanting to find out from them what is happening exactly. They did not call me to update me unless I left messages for the sales man to get back to me. So now they are telling me that they can't find the RED that I wanted, I mean really? how many VW's are in the country?? My job is on the line here, I have to get a car by Tuesday the 13th of August. I am so disappointed and I want the red car I bought not any other colour.
