I was given 2 day's notice that i had to do extensive travel, but my car was only just due for a service. Vanessa managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule (with less than 24 hours' notice) and Karen took me through the process every step of the way. I felt so guilty that I was putting them (and the service shop) under such unfair pressure!
A big thanks to Vanessa, Karen and the back office team for going the extra mile in helping me out of my dilemma.
My car will be serviced at Autohaus again. I am SO impressed.
