Lack of service

I handed my car in on Monday 2 December, i was told it would take 3 days.By Friday 6 December i haven't heard a word. I called the service centre and asked for a status on my car. I was told they would look into it and will call me back. I am still waiting for the call. Today 9 December i phoned again and once again i was told they would look into it and get back to me, once again I am still awaiting the call back with an update. How can it take this long to repair 3 door handles. And how poor is the service, i am paying a lot of money to get my car fixed at a Volkswagen service centre and the service is so ridiculously poor i will never take my car back to them!!! Volkswagen need to take a long hard look at their service centre because its a SHAME!!!
