I am a regular customer at the Pick n Pay Silverwater Crossing in Silverton. I am so impressed with the people that work there, the ladies at the bakery are amazing, I hardly go to the hot foods but I can see they are excellent. Victor at the fruits and vegetables is always smiling, knows his products and cares about customers. Ali is a friendly fellow indeed, always pleasant and also knows the products and specials instore. The ladies & packers at the tills are pretty pleasant too and of course the guys too. One disappointing thing about the tellers, there is about 2 or 3 (certainly not all of them) that sulk when they see a customer approaching with a full full trolley. I never understand why, they have done it to me twice in the last 2 months where I see their faces drop or they sigh. So if that can be addressed then all will be fine.95% of them are willing to help just these few ladies need training. But all in all, specials are great, bread is fresh, atmosphere is warm, the new baby aisles are a definite winner WELL DONE! It is clean with much variety in the bakery, floors are constantly mopped :), I love it. Keep up the great work I am a loyal customer and will always be. Keep it up! Thanks
