My car was sent in for basic repair. I was quoted an estimate of 5 - 7 working days for repair. It has been over a month and my car is still not ready. The person in charge of my car has now told me conflicting stories as to why it has taken so long to repair. My insurance courtesy car expired after 30 days, and I am now without a car. I will require a car for long distance travel on Monday. Autohaus has told me that they will be unable to provide a car that is safe enough to get me to my destination. Is Autohaus now giving out unroadworthy courtesy cars??
