I would like to compliment Hand to Hand Courier Service when they arranged for my package to be dropped at night at my home after they admitted to the supplier that they erred in putting my parcel on the wrong route. I was promised delivery within 24hrs by the supplier. Within 24hrs expired I made enquiries and was told that Hand to Hand admitted that they made a mistake. I was given their details and a tracking number, and when I followed up and explained to them my frustration and the fact that the package was supposed to be a gift that evening, they changed the delivery address, kept me up to date and delivered the package to my home within a very reasonable time period. Now that is Service Delivery with Honesty!
