I own a Cerato Hatchback that I purchased at the end of May 2012. My windscreen wipers stopped working on the 8th of January. When I took the car to Kia East Rand on the 14th of January they told me I needed a new motor. It took them over a month to get and fit this motor only to find out that the problems with my car were far greater than simply the motor. The motor was fitted on the 14th of February then the car was sent to an auto-electrician when the wipers still didn't work. I have now been without a car for two weeks!! I keep getting feedback that they don't know what is wrong and are going to get someone else to look at it. I cannot believe my 8 month old car has so many problems already. Please fix my car, I am paying for it every month but haven't been able to drive it in the rain for two months and at all for the last two weeks.
