Today I had a package delivered to me thats been in transport since Friday 22 November.
Before the parcel was picked up in Mossel Bay, I had a long discussion with the contact person in Centurion, Ulrich Bosch. I explained the value and sentiment behind the parcel as well as the need that it is on time.
He was so helpfull from that call that he even sent me emails throughout the delivery with the progress of my package.
And it didnt stop the either.
Although Ulrich was my main contact person with RAM, the lady at the George branch (who arranged pick up) was just as helpfull. I think her name was Melvina. I had to ensure the pick up was at a certain time, and we even changed address (not far apart). But they didnt hesitate to help out.
Then when delivery came today, the Pietersburg branch did the same thing.
I could not get off at work to receive the package, so they came and dropped the parcel at my work.
This was without a doubt the best service I experienced in a very long time!!
RAM will definitely be my first choice for any couries from this point forward
