An innocent visit to Supa Quick in Robertsham resulted in R 1430 worth of Damages to my Vehicle. Post the Wheel Balancing and Wheel Alignment on my vehicle, which resulted in me being unable to drive my vehicle, the Owner of the Branch initially decided to pay for the damages. However when I arrived to collect the amount owing to me, the Owner felt quite threatened by the Technician who was willing to take up the matter with him, as he was prepared to deduct the cost of the repairs from the Employee. In addition to this, he changed his mind, involved some random Customer to convince me that the damage was not their fault and thereafter refused to take accountability for the damages to my vehicle.
I then contacted the Head Office which took around 2 Weeks, for them to respond to my detailed complaint. This then resulted in them informing me that this was not their fault as the Technician did not touch that area of the Vehicle.
In summary, I will never support a Supa Quick Outlet as their Service is pathetic!
