On 11/11/2013 I took my vehicle to Car Service City after I noticed some grinding sound when I turned. I told them via e-mail what my concerns were and upon booking my car in for repairs they never asked what was wrong. So I assumed my e-mails were descriptive enough. As my problem was steering related I was surprised when they only jacked up the rear end on the vehicle and after that wanted to quote me. I then had to ask them to check the front wheels as well as I noticed a black substance on the one front wheel. They then checked and added wheel bearings to the quote. After that my problems persisted. I reported the matter to their head office who was quick to get back to me and say they prefer to let the franchise owner resolve the matter himself and I should please allow him a bit of time to look into the matter. Three weeks later and I'm still waiting for feedback. I took my vehicle to Supa Quick who did a superb job in fixing the rest of the stuff that CSC weren't interested in fixing after I asked them to check. One thing Supa Quick did pick up, was that there was fault with my wheel bearings. I had it fixed today and the mechanic was shocked by the initial poor workmanship.
