On Tuesday the 26/02/2013 I took my VW Golf 5 to Cresta Supa Quick to have the Wheel alignment done. I dealt with the workshop manager George whom is always very eager to help and customer driven. I left the vehicle with them in the morning and picked it up at lunch time. George did advise that because the tires were unevenly worn at the front the car may still pull a little but the alignment was set to factory specs. He did advise that I need to fit new tires. After I drove from Supa Quick I went to Florida to pick up my wife but I found that the car had a terrible pull while drive it would pull furiously either to the left or right depending on the condition of the road. I picked up my wife and immediately returned to Supa Quick and made George aware of the problem. He in turn went and test drove the vehicle and then stated that once I fit the new tires I can bring the vehicle back for them to re-check the alignment. On Friday the 01/03/2013 I returned to Supa Quick with 2 brand new tires which I had purchased elsewhere and I asked them to fit them for me and check the wheel alignment. George was willing to oblige however the owner came out and stated very rudely that I need to
