My car went in for exhaust repair at Supa Quick menlyn when I went to fetch my vehicle I took my wifes mercedes A160 mag wheel along to repair a puncture as we have done with many of our vehicles previously. The staff willingly took the wheel from me because the salesman where busy and insisted that I didnt need any documentation for fixing the puncture and after having paid for my vehicles exhaust repairs told the staff member that we will collect the wheel the following day. When arriving the following day none of the staff recalled me leaving the mercedes A160 wheel there and insisted they only repair wheels if there is documentation done for it. I would like a full refund for my wheel since the staff took my wheel and thinking its a trusted brand/supplier I left the wheel there in there hands but they went ahead and lost my wheel leaving me with damages amounting to thousands of rands which I dont want to accept.
